Resipi Kek Lapis Cheese Coklat

Kek Lapis Cheese Coklat
Bahan A
12 biji kuning telur
6 biji putih telur
360 gram gula halus
300 gram tepung Hong Kong
2 sudu makan ovalet
Bahan B
Untuk Cheese
250 gram cheese
4 sudu makan susu pekat
1 sudu teh lemon paste
Untuk Coklat.
250 gram butter
4 sudu makan susu pekat
150 gram cooking coklat - cairkan
1 sudu makan coklat paste.
Cara Buat
Pukul Bahan A sampai kembang. Bahagikan 2 bahagian dengan berat yang sama. Cheese dipukul sehingga berkrim, begitu juga dengan Adunan untuk Coklat -butter + susu pekat manis dipukul putih. Masukkan kedalam adunan A yang dibahagi kepada dua tadi. Coklat dicairkan dan dimasukkan ke dalam Adunan tadi dan masukkan paste coklat.
Sediakan loyang 9"x9"x3 " Bakarkan adunan kek ini berlapis-lapis - coklat, cheese, coklat, cheese sampai habis..Dah siap. sejukkan masukkan dalam peti sejuk, biar semalaman. Then bolehla dipotong untuk ngap..he..heh..
Nota: Saya pakai Mixer Industri - so, Bahan A boleh sekali pukul. Mixer Tangan - saya tak advise untuk membuat sebab masa memukul Bahan A memang lama. Kalau nak buat juga - pukul telur & ovalet & gula dulu sehingga kembang, then masukkan tepung.
